The mods are not to my taste, but "Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder." I do appreciate the irony of a non-functional hood scoop (for a nonexistent intercooler) combined with an H6 engine cover hiding an H4 engine. No matter how much you like the looks, though, the car is still a Frankenstein. I'll speculate that a CarFax report might disclose a history of significant damage.
