2005 JDM b4 5 speed transmission problem need help

Yeah, I'll guess broken shift fork.

 

Had the same problem back in late 1970's in a Chrysler 4-speed. Pulled the side cover, replaced the aluminum forks with brass ones I got from a buddy. Traded him a fiberglass seat for them.

 

Things were so much easier back then...

305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD).  CHECK your oil, these cars use it.

I wouldn't know if the JDM forks are the same as USDM.
