Front running lights not working?

Hi guys,

I did the JDM headlight replacement and initially the corner lights worked. I would expect them to work because they are not part of the JDM wiring harness, they are stock. The rear corner lights do work when headlights or using the switch on the top steering column is turned on. It’s only the fronts?

 

I replaced the incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs but that didn’t change anything even when I reversed the bulbs to test if installed with correct polarity. I suspected a fuse but there is still voltage going to the corner lights (see image)? Voltage seems low to me, but it’s a small bulb so I am kinda lost.

How did you power that clearance light? Check that connection. It's been a long time since I built my harness but I seem to recall that I had to splice either the power or ground for that light somewhere. Do your flashers and turn signals work correctly?
