ChanSPrak
Can anyone tell me the hose sizes for the passenger side valve cover, they look to be different sizes, mine are brittle and breaking and need to be replaced, If anyone knows a good alternative would be much appreciated. Notorious
Either 5/8ths or 1/2. Those are the hoses I purchased for my AOS which uses that line. Edit: Looked back at my install, it’s 1/2. Edited December 13, 2019 by Notorious
Nonamedude
Well they are two different sizes. I just got ones from the dealership. They weren't expensive and mine lasted 150k with no cracks. For the guarantee they'll fit, it's worth the couple bucks. I'd guess the smaller one is 1/2 and the larger is 5/8 but I can't confirm this. Nonamedude
https://parts.subaru.com/a/Subaru_2008_Legacy-25L-TURBO-5MT-4WD-GT-Limited-Sedan/_54102_6026546/INTAKE-MANIFOLD-INTAKEMANIFOLD-BODY--PCV-PIPE-07MY-/B13-050-22.html https://parts.subaru.com/a/Subaru_2008_Legacy-25L-TURBO-5MT-4WD-GT-Limited-Sedan/_54102_6023853/EMISSION-CONTROL-PCV/B13-082-03.html Those are the ones you need. That's full retail. Grab the part numbers and get them from subaru parts deal or heuberger or wherever. Even at the roughly $30 it isn't exactly breaking the bank. Unless you want to change all vacuum lines to silicone, I'd just get the oe. Cheap vacuum lines from the auto parts store have thick outer wall diameters and are difficult to cut and measure and bend and recut. I didn't like the ones I had to use. Either get a bunch of silicone and do it all. Or get oe imo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
