apexi
I tried googling the answer, but I'm still confused.. What's the lug guide tool used for? Do 6th gen legacies use wheel/lug bolts instead of nuts?
Retserof
No bolts - just nuts on these cars, so I'm confused too. If lug bolts were used, a guide tool or 2 would really help when mounting wheels on the car. The guide is just a bolt without a head - you screw it in by hand and put the wheel on it to facilitate mounting, then you put in some of the lug bolts and you can unscrew the guide. But since Subarus use nuts, the hubs already have 5 bolts (permanent "guides") each. I don't understand what the guide would look like or how it would help.
