LegacyGT Kart Day - meetup

Rhitter

Recommended Posts

Based on the Survey, the first LegacyGt Kart day will be

Sunday March 15th at GKR in Millbrae.

Time 530 pm. Arrive earlier, we start at 530

For the Supertrack

It would be nice, but not required to get a headcount/ If we have 8 people we can book a party.

If you have your own helmet I highly recommend bringing it. The provided ones are ok. When I did this, it was horribly sweating. They give you overalls to wear and under them you get soaked in sweat.

----------------------------------------

Hey guys,

WPMarky (sorry if this is stepping on your toes) had the great idea to have a LegacyGT Kart day. I threw together a simple survey to try and collect availability.

Fredrik had the good idea to pick a location where we could pick the most turnout and reserve.

The idea of the survey is to get availability and where everyone wants to go

Let me know if you think it should be modified at all.

I am up for any of the locations as long as it is the best choice as far as go kart speed and track layout.

I'm in!!!

I have done the electric karts and Driven Raceway and they are okay. I take my 10yo son there and he's got enough skill that he could drive an adult kart and be really fast....but alas....he is too short. I really want to do the gas powered karts.

There is also Umigo in Livermore.

I think GKR has seat inserts that might help your son reach, I've seen lots of young ones go fast around the track (not fair they don't have to brake!)

Gas is great, no traction control cutting power on ya.
