Intake suggestions

Recommended Posts

When I had my first gen all I did was take a crappy 3" MAF adapter from Autozone and drill new holes in it. Attach the modified MAF adapter onto the cars MAF sensor and attach the 3" filter of your choice. You don't have to remove the intake resonator mounted behind the bumper/fender but I did. It will cost you between $35 and $70 depending on which filter you choose. If you get the MAF adapter from http://www.Boxer4Racing.com it will be a direct bolt-on mod. The Boxer4Racing MAF plate was only $20 last I checked.

This mod won't give you any extra power, but it will make your car sound more exciting and aggressive. Paired with the right exhaust these cars can sound extremely impressive.
