16brainey Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 Hello I have a 1999 Subaru legacy 30th anniversary and I have a sunroof and it moves back like normal but if I try to tilt it it doesn't tilt it stays the same spot I hear the motor trying to tilt but does not so if anyone could help that would be great please and thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PingPong Posted March 1, 2016 Share Posted March 1, 2016 Have you tried assisting it with your hands? Once it's up, let the motor set it back down. If it goes down, the mechanicals should be fine. Try silicone spray or grease on the seal. There are tight to stop water but can catch on the body once they are dirty with sap and grime. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
