I'll update this post when I find more. Somebody let me know if there's a Perrin FMICtorial, I tried searching but got TONs of irrelevant search results.... gave up.

Also, you'll want something to check for leaks, for example:

And a small ratchet with 10mm and/or 11mm sockets.

wow i really want the avo intercooler because it's huge.... but damn that's a lot of work.

and with my infamous oil filter sitting right where the turbo charge pipe goes down to the intercooler..... i just don't know. i guess i could flip the filter bracket upside down and give the pipe more room.

The thing that stinks is cutting the bumper beam keeps the beam but if you get into an accident and insurance wants to argue... you still modified a piece of safety equipment.

Personally, I prefer installing an XO2. WIth the 9 inch core I can get the IC into the frt need with only a minor trim to the bumper beam. If you do not care about fog lights I'd go with XO2 before racerX. Not that racer X is not a great kit, don't misunderstand me here.

OP, might want to add the CNT to the list.

also, you should add this to the bottom of the first post as it applies to all FMIC installations.

Purchase a boost leak test along with your FMIC. It will be an invaluable tool to find any leaks in your system. Well worth the $30.

Also purchase a 10mm ratcheting wrench. It will save you hours upon hours.
