4g63 swapped legacy 2.5i

hello i need some help! soo i swapped a 4g63 into my legacy rwd now. i need help from some one that knows how to tune. im using the stock ecu and stock subie sensors. i need to get the 4g63 tuned to run with this ecu. iv been messing around with rom raider and it runs when i play with the throttle. i can upload my rom file. if anyone can help. here are some pics of it

Btw, I think you'll have hard time adapting 2.5i ECU to a turbo engine, and a non-Subaru one no less. Not sure if 2.5i ECU can even be flashed with turbo rom, but even if I doubt all the inputs/outputs are there. Surely the harness won't have turbo bits.

 

I am pretty sure your best bet is a standalone that supports that engine.

How are the cam and crank sensors configured? Surprised it runs on that ecu.

I got it running with the MAF unplugged I think it’s all in the tune now. I messed with the ignition timing btw there are 5 maps for it don’t know why. I used a dsm rom and set it up using that. Like I said it starts now and runs. Think it just needs fine tuned. I have to finish some plumping yet. I logged some time and have a file saved of it. I’m good with fab work and can make things work mechanically but when it come too the tune stuff I’m lost. Basically I had to machine a crank and cam trigger wheel to the 4g63. I can put up more pics of the progress that I did. I know there is a lot of people saying wtf haha.

Outstanding work. Can't wait to hear how it runs once tuned in. Bummer you couldn't keep the AWD. I think it would be a beast if you could have.

Interesting swap! I have a bit of experience tuning a 4g63 (though with an AEM EMS). Would love to hear if you've got it up and running yet.

Update! Motor is in everything works! Check out the YouTube channel M&mbuildz I’ll post some pics up later tonight I’m putting a rear suspension from a 18 sti on it right now I ended up using the Dsm ecu and the legacy ecu to keep thinks happy now I need new wheels 5x114 that clear Brembos using 14 sti Brembos

for the 5x114.3, you just used a complete 18 sti rear subframe assembly? Or is there more to this?
