tLewis7
UPS jacked up my wheels during shipping. Did a search for a place to repair and check the round but the info is 7 years old. Are these businesses still holding a good reputation or does anyone know of any others? tLewis7
Sorry to hear that. Is UPS paying for it? Thanks. Still waiting to hear. I am not holding my breath. I watched UPS dump my son's Fender Twin amp off the truck and they still wouldn't pay for the repairs. If they do not come through on this, I will never buy from any business who uses them to ship. As it stands I have not used them to ship anything since 2005 because of the amp incident.

Nubie
Thanks. What did you have done and what did it cost? One bent wheel straightened and fixed the curb rash all around. I believe it was $55-
bronconia
I just started using our newest vendor here at work, and he's great. Mobile, inexpensive, does a really nice job. Here's a folder with the before/after pictures from an IS250 I just sold my client. Some of the wheels were HORRIBLE. http://imgur.com/a/aR0PE#0 Total repair for all 4 wheels was $250. Just an FYI, he doesn't remove the rim from the tread, hence the cheaper prices. If anyone is interested, I can list the number for THAT vendor as well, but it's usually more like $135 and up per wheel. Elite Rim Repair David Zane (720)468-7715 • Alloy, Spun Aluminum, & Painted Rims • Sales & Repair • Straightening • O.E Replacement Wheels • Work with all Insurance Companies For tougher jobs, he can ship them out (with a pretty quick return time) and STILL come in cheaper than other repair places.
