I've been out of the game for a bit and must've missed this anyways I'm supposed to sell the car this week. And since I currently have it registered in AZ and there is no smog here. He said once I sell the car the new owner will register it and they will send him the packet. To have it fixed. Problem is he won't be able to register it in his name until it's smogged I believe.
