Advice on cleaning up front bumper cover

Hey all,

Looking for suggestions on cleaning up the front bumper cover a little on my 01 Legacy B4. Recently had to cut it more than I had originally hoped, to install my FMIC.

Looking for any suggestions on inserts, lips, covers, etc. that may help with the openness left from where the foglights and trim used to be.

Am looking to keep the stock cover as it was literally repainted 2 days prior to cutting for an insurance claim. (may have had a breakdown during the cutting)
