2019 Legacy 3.6R

I bought my 2018 3.6 last year because I heard the 3.6 was going to be dropped in 2020. I also wanted a car without direct injection because of numerous problems with carbon build up. I have no regrets, after 16 months and 18K miles I have had no problems.

I agree with all of the above ... and I would add," no turbo" in my personal preferences as well

Well dealer called me late Saturday and said they would accept my $29.5k offer but cannot offer factory financing, which means I'd get whatever financing rate the banks are offering now for new car loans. We're talking about max $12-13k in financing, so not a big deal.

Surprise Surprise ... the stealership caved in

 

My bet is they are also bluffing on their factory finance as well .... but that's something you will have to decide .... but don't let that stop you from fighting for any extra options you want .... just don't let them walk over you with their BS by saying things like " you got the best deal and we are losing money so we can't do anything else for you." If that car was in the showroom unsold for 6 months, then they will do anything (within reason) to clear it off their books.
