cww516 Posted June 1, 2020 Share Posted June 1, 2020 As a way to combat spam, restrictions were put in place a year or two ago which require a user to have made 15 contributory posts before being able to start a new thread or post in the classifieds (as detailed here), so that's likely what you're up against.
