Hi youngtryhard, just from looking around for a few minutes... The '07 LGT Topfeeds are anywhere from 520-560 cc/min. They were slightly bigger (very marginal, you wouldn't notice a difference on stock tune) than the 05-06 sidefeeds.

 

I may be wrong on the exact details, but this should give you a good baseline.

I went with ID1050s based on my tuner’s recommendation. Was pretty straight forward with the pnp adaptors. I didn’t need that much injector, but was told it was tunable to my needs and have the room to go E85 later. But I would go with whatever your tuner recommends and has scaled before.

The right question to ask is "how much power am I planning to make"? "Not modding the heck out of it" is pretty vague. Plenty of people have safely used the stock injectors on vf52 with an aftermarket pump.
