stevenc1703
If you live close to a good tuner then yea go there, but if you live hours from a capable tune then etuning is the only option. There are a lot of options for etune but I like the guy that's trusted world-wide (west_minist)

Rob tuned a safe map for me at 91 octane. The same map yields 11whp at 97 octane. Read the first page of my build list. I am quite pleased. Perscitus
Depending on the place, location and type of dyno - usually about $100-150 for up to 3-4 pulls. If you can go with either a Mustang or a DynoDynamics machine. Inertia, eddie current AWD flavors. Check out their cooling setup too. Area must be clean, well ventilated, at least 1-2 industrial fans.

fredrik94087
How did you dyno it? Using an app or actually on a dyno? If it was on a dyno how much does it usually cost to just dyno your car no tune? On the same dyno using same methodology every single time. $120 for baseline of 3 pulls. $30 each additional pull. I have been there enough times that they sometimes just say $120 even though I did 5 pulls. Believe me...it is a real 11whp gain with my 91 map when I go from 91 to 97(blend). The dyno was 97 only because I had enough 91 in the tank when I filled with 101. fredrik94087
Frederik Does AMR touch up the shift points/quality also to compliment the refinement gained at the motor? They are limited to engine tuning only with EcuTek. They are asking for racerom features from ecutek so they can alter shift points, etc. I dont know if they tune opensource. I would doubt it but you can ask. stevenc1703
xrt controls the shift points indirectly. This car shifts completely differently, it's way smoother, you can hardly tell it shifts in auto and about as fast as a manual in paddle mode

nstg8r
I just found this info about our 5th Gen's Vehicle Type Code. Series name is B: Legacy Body type is M: Sedan Engine and drive classification is F: 3.6 L AWD That means a 5th Gen Legacy Sedan 3.6L is a BMF!
