You're able to post in here, so the site isn't blocking you from posting, and it looks like you're above the 15 post minimum for the Marketplace as well. I don't think there are any restrictions on viewing images or attachments if you're not a member or aren't logged in, so you shouldn't be having any issues with that at all.
