DeltaSniper
Just by looking at the pictures, the mounting points look extremely similar to that of the prefacelift models.... which raises the possibility of a bumper and headlight swap. GTEASER
I sent the seller a message cuz he had it listed as a 2010 to 2012 and I asked him if it was maybe in fact a 2013. He revised his ad to say 2013 only. Looks pretty clean. If we didn't need to get a grille and fogs, I am sure one of us would have popped for it already. JLGT
Found this grille, kind of looks like a 2013 but it is a bit different. Not sure what this came from. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-2011-Subaru-Legacy-Front-OEM-Grille-Grill-Original-10-11-/270977836242?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f1789a4d2&vxp=mtr

faded-a-fool
Wow...that is not a bad deal for a plug and play system. Too bad there aren't a single review of it in our car. I saw some reviews for Myron and Davis units in different vehicles and the prognosis is not good...the biggest complaint was the sketchy nav software. SpidermanMTL
That trunk is sick.... but I'm always skeptical of ads when they say 2009+... Philberto
I believe the reason they say 2009+ is because the 5th gen actually came out in 2009, but didn't get to North America until 2010.

Philberto
My 2010 was made in July 2009. That's true; the 10MY came out and was first sold here in 2009. What I meant to say is that I believe the 5th gen was sold elsewhere as a 2009 model before it came to North America.
Perscitus
I got one as well, will let everyone know how it is. Reviews (both video and text) of similar units for other make/models look promising. Seems its easy enough to load updated firmware/software and potentially swamp in other GoGo or TomTom maps. For 300 bucks I'll experiment and toss it if its no good. Wouldn't do the same for the regular price @ 1-2K. Just as ridiculous as OEM.

JLGT
Software is a bit sketchy and could be better, definitely not worth the price on amazon $1400. For $250 it is not bad, and it does take time getting used to. Doesn't show radio station/song title names, makes a slight occasional popping sound when changing stations...not sure if it is the stock amp. At night the gps seems a bit bright even in night mode, it would be nice if we could install a better gps software. Also the gps clock doesn't stay remembered, so every time you start it..it is at 12am and the map is in night mode until it picks up a satellite. Overall I am sure there are better systems out there, but for $250 it is just ok. Fit, texture, finish/color is spot on.
Perscitus
Cool! Thanks for the pics and review. How is the sound quality when playing radio/CDs or using AUX? Is it on par with the stock unit, better/worse? We'll mod it soon enough, load up different firmware, software, updated or replacement nav and maps. These unit that seem to use the same hardware have a vastly different GUI so that could be one approach. http://www.cargpsnet.com/subaru-legacy-2009-2012-head-unit-with-sat-nav-gps-dvd-radio-tv-p-737.html
