Syzygy05
This is a pedantic question, but does it matter for an AWD car as long as it it done at set intervals?
ammcinnis
As long as you consistently use the same pattern you're OK. You just need to cycle each tire through each position. waldguy
Yup, do either, but the same thing all time. BTW, a front to back is not sufficient. I did that a couple times before I bought an extra stand set. One tire ended up wearing a bit more than all the others. I started doing the cross pattern and all tires evened up.
XT-sub
This is a pedantic question, but does it matter for an AWD car as long as it it done at set intervals? It depends if the tyres are unidirectional or non-unidirectional. The original tyres are non-unidirectional (i.e. no specific rotational direction). The below 11-28 & 11-29 from the 2019 US Outback & Legacy Owner’s Manual shows the difference. 2019_Outback_&_Legacy_Owners-Manual_11.28.pdf 2019_Outback_&_Legacy_Owners-Manual_11.29.pdf Edit: Of course this is in addition to what ammcinnis posted.
