Boostjunkie
Some of you guys might know that I have been hinting at a new equal length header... well here it is All 304SS, TIG welded with proper flex joints to help avoid cracking due to thermal expansion. In addition the merges have gussets welded on for additional strength. All the flanges are spot welded on the outside and full perimeter welded on the inside then ported smooth. This allows the smoothest possible gas flow while providing the strongest possible weld joint. Me likey and I think you guys will too. I'll likely be opening a GB with delivery in the middle/end of December. Check the GB forum for details soon. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/Pisadong/P1010780.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/Pisadong/P1010781.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/Pisadong/P1010783.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/Pisadong/P1010786.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/Pisadong/P1010789.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/Pisadong/P1010790.jpg

whitetiger
OT When running headers, do most users remove the plastic tray beneath the motor to prevent it from melting? yes, if the header hangs lower. the good think about most EL headers is that they sit higher up and allow the use of the cover.
