Bilstein owners

Recommended Posts

When I bought my Legacy GT, the Bilsteins were not installed and were put in the back of my car along with a small box of parts. One of the parts was round spacer that happen to fit the top of the rear Bilstein. I tried searching but of course many of the pictures are being held by the photobucket 3rd party ransom.

Does the rear Bilstein shocks have a spacer? Both of the rear dust cover have aluminum spacers in them and are not missing. My front brake lines also had a very similar spacers for mounting to the strut housing brake bracket, so I am wondering if it was part of those and it is a coincidence that it fits over the rear struts.

What do you guys think about these?

You can see the compatible cars when you scroll down and the 2010 - 2014 Legacy is on there!

Apparently I have the first set of Fortune Auto 500 made specifically for the 2010-2012 LGT (According to Fortune Auto themselves), and I can tell you personally......They're the best suspension system I've ever owned. For a coilover they're probably the best set you can get for the price, considering they actually dyno and match their sets.

Way to stay on topic! :spin:

There's an Official 5th Gen Suspension thread for just such questions. It would be the appropriate place to drop your questions.
