Metal2You
Does anybody know the part numbers or any good sources to get new knuckles for an '06 GT? Lets just say we had a little trouble removing the stock ball joints
ebpda9
ouch. i threw away the boxes, but they were 118/piece at my dealership. Do yourself a favor and get the bearings too, as most likely they are gonna get damaged when taken out.
Underdog
I can help you with that. I'll dig up a part number in the AM. The Crimson Dynamo
Metal2You
Are the GT and Spec B knuckles the same? If they're different I probably got the wrong one...
FredBeans
28313AG00A and 28313AG01A are the original part number for '05-'06 GT & Spec.B. For the '07-'09 GTs and Spec.Bs, the original number was *02A and *03A. The older part numbers (*00A and *01A) for the '05-'06 GT and Spec.B were replaced with the new numbers at some point. Both *02A and *03A were revised yet again to *02B and *03B. This is the latest part number for all '05-'09 Legacy GT and Spec.B knuckles. Which ones did you get? Anybody know the relevant torque specs for the hub assembly bolts, ball joint pinch bolts, castle nuts, etc?
FredBeans
Anybody? *edit* Posted all three diagrams in your new thread: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/steering-knuckle-torque-specs-138423.html?t=138423
Metal2You
YOU. ROCK. Part of the reason I enjoy giving you my business, just placed an order this morning actually. That and PA to CT is one day shipping at standard rates. I don't see the torque specs for bolting the hub assembly or tie rod end into the knuckle on there though.
