LegacyMUN2k6
Hawks are overrated, you can get powerstop clean ride ceramics for $32 with free shipping off ebay.

lieutenantcolumbo
I'll give the Stoptech pads two thumbs up. I read about the Hawk HP and HPS pads and didn't want to deal with having to warm up my brakes to use them. That's fine for the track, but not real life. Had too many close calls with the high performance pads on my Camaro when I had it. I was looking at the Axxis Ultimates, but they didn't make both front and rear pads. When I talked with a salesman he said that Stoptech was coming out with a pad to replace the Axxis Ultimates in their Big Brake Kits, so I went with them. For the first couple hundred miles they did dust more than stock pads, but I think that has really decreased to where I don't notice it. They have great initial bite and seem much more consistent. I had also put on stainless steel lines and new OEM rotors at the same time, so that probably helped too. Overall I am very happy with the change, and I think its a good solution for the street. SubyShop.com
Centric is good. You may also want to look into Cryo Stop. They are a little more expensive but the cryo treating should make them last longer -Franz
