pjcampbell
Does anyone know if the 5x100 45mm offset Sparco Terra's in a 15" diameter will fit a 2005 Outback? (I.e. will they clear the brakes): https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&autoMake=Subaru&autoModel=Impreza+2.5RS+Wagon&autoYear=2005&autoModClar=&initialPartNumber=W29070004MB&i1_Qty=4&wheelMake=Sparco&wheelModel=Terra&wheelFinish=Black+Painted&wheelFinish=Black+Painted&showRear=no&packageFlow=false
xt2005bonbon
I believe the smallest diameter which will clear our brakes is 16".
pjcampbell
Certain 15's fit on a NA Outback (not sure if XT brakes are bigger?) I'm just not sure if Sparco Terra are one of them.
xt2005bonbon
According to cars101, na: front: 11.5 x.94 ventilated twin caliper piston xt: front: 11.5 x 1.18 ventilated disc, twin caliper piston Looks like they only differ by the rotor thickness. That may result in different caliper size too. http://www.cars101.com/subaru/outback/outback2005.html
dukeneverwinter
Not 15s but I have the 16" Sent from my LG-LS997 using Tapatalk
pjcampbell
sorry yeah I tested the 15s , they don't fit with standard backspacing (40-45mm). You need 15mm which makes them stick out far, and to me looks poor. The only ones that fit now as far as I know are going to be Method VT Specs. dukeneverwinter
Braid may make something that fits also. Rally specific, so may be more expensive than Method also. Sent from my LG-LS997 using Tapatalk
pjcampbell
I spent 72 dollars testing wheels (return shipping) from TireRack so I'm done now, i'll order Methods when I'm ready.
