underground000
You dont have to cut it for it to work w/ the spt intake. What are you trying to do? 5eat downshift rev match:) Powder coated wheels: completed:)

underground000
sorry, I know what you mean at first then it hit me:lol: at least I think I do Yea I did this too I just loosely installed the heatshield and placed the snorkel where its suppose to be, measure, took off the heat shield and cut it. You just cut where it hits the heat shield, I just did a rectangular cut. Do not worry about it bolting up the the small screw up front because that wont really matter. It'll still hold find. Ill try to take a pic later of my cut 5eat downshift rev match:) Powder coated wheels: completed:)

underground000
Sorry man I was busy today so I didnt have time to take a pic, and I wont be back till sunday. Ill try to take a pic when I come back If you want to try, take off the intake, and install the heat shield. roughly install the snorkle and mark how far to cut, then take off the heat shield The heat shield is held in with 3 bolts, so its very easy to take off Sorry man 5eat downshift rev match:) Powder coated wheels: completed:)
