Cargo bag recommendation

Hey guys,on my way back home trip from Vegas yesterday my cargo bag(no name)was on my Yakima loadwarrior basket,well I was going pretty much 75-80mph @80-85* and wind gusts and well halfway home had to stop cuz the bag was pretty much start disintegrating,so gonna need a new one that is reliable,

Any recommendations???thanks
