Suspension Warranty Question

I found an 08 that is still under warranty that I plan on picking up. My question is that if I picked up some STI Pinks and have them put on will it affect my warranty since it's a Subaru part?

Mostly, no.

 

The only part of a warranty claim which could be disputed would be suspension work, provided that is the extent of your mods.

If you blow your struts, your struts will not be covered because it will *most likely* be directly caused by using lowering springs.

 

If your tie rod, or ball joints fail, the dealer must prove that the springs were involved in that failure, or they cannot deny warranty coverage of those parts.
