Sludgeroo
They aren't rivets but a universal type fastener. Try opposedforces.com

pleaidestar
http://www.auveco.com/ If these guys don't have them I would suggest a dealership, a lot of the uni-fasteners are proprietary. You can use plastic blind rivets too but you have to determine the hole size and the squish for them to tighten up correctly or else the will flop around a little. zangado1
Someone told me there is a DIY on mounting second gen LGT side skirts on a base model. No luck finding that so far...
Setnev
When I was repainting my SVX, I pulled off the rear garnish pieces and broke every damn clip holding it on. I figured, meh, they shouldn't be too hard to find. I was right, they weren't hard to find...except the dealer wanted $5.80 per clip! Multiply that by 8 clips per side and I was facing $100+ after tax for some plastic clips. I went to O'Reilly's and found a clip that I could slide inside the slot and fit perfectly in the hole on the body. $6 for all the clips and they're just as solid as the OE clips.
