bronconia Posted April 11, 2011 Share Posted April 11, 2011 It looked fantastic up close. Actually, I was really impressed with ALL the gt's we had there. Got a lot of great ideas, learned a bunch regarding the stages, and was blown away by the rides that showed up. Couple of my favorites...the skyline was badass, yellow s2000 with the carbon fiber color matched engine parts, and the dropped blacked out forester. Out of the leggys, TOUGH call. Really liked the completely blacked out ride, rweezy's and another member both had incredible sub setups in their trunks, the spec b's were amazing, and I'm in love with your grp boosted. I'm not certain now whether I'll be at Bandimere 4/20 or not. I'm getting the compression checked this week. If okay, I'll just get my very old PCV valve replaced and some new plugs and I'll be running hard at Bandi. If the loss of my oil is due to ringlands and not a stuck open PCV well then I'll be scheming a new build. There was so much going on it was hard to really see everything and meet everyone. Was curious who the white leggy was with the sick wheels you were two cars down from me next to the blue wrx didnt really notice how sleek and stealth it was until you were leaving awesome ride. Thanks for the compliment bronconia I spent ALOT of time on my system its the one thing I actually really know something about, if you ever need a hand or help on an install let me know I love car audio. Looks like you guys got way better pics then I did. I was never really good at taking pics but what the hell here they are. 4REEL Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 I guess it depends on where you want to hold the event, Business parking lot, or in a park like Red Rocks. ( I guess the problem there was that the organizer didn't clear it with the department of parks and rec,) If you want to hold the event in a business parking lot, my guess would be that you would need to talk to that particular business to see if it would be alright. Speaking of 5 minutes from home, I drive by Sonic on north Federal on the way home from work.. and last night (Friday) I worked until 9. Looked like the scene was getting into summer form, although I've seen it more packed. It took a LOT of restraint for me NOT to go hard as a Supra lined up next to me at pole position at a light where the speed limit is 55mph.
