Archi
Does anyone have educated guess on reliability of supercharger and turbo setup with 3.6? It was posted many times that 3.6 cannot hold the pressure because of the rods shape... Is it wrong or it just means that you cannot blow 20psi ? Obviously supercharger at 4-5psi will tax engine much less then turbo, but still is it reliable? I'm talking about 100k reliability, not 30k one

bradze
im so jealous of your powertrain. i have the craptastic 2.5i i finally figured out what the "i" in 2.5i Subarus stands for. ignorance is bliss. 99.9% of the people that buy the 2.5i would never even consider anything else. i guess the 3.6r means "reasonable power". your car should be a 3.6Ra for "raped ape" but its also the first 2 letters of raptor so it fits Edited August 7, 2014 by bradze
