Bishko08Legacy
I was sent the incorrect clutch for my 2008 Spec B recently by RockAuto.com and I'm forced to rent a car until I can get the correct clutch shipped in. My car is currently taken apart at the mechanic's shop. I've been combing through these forums and the internet to just try to find out which clutch kit is compatible with my car. Can someone tell me which will fit?? EXEDY FJK1002 OR VALEO 52364802 OR EXEDY FJK1000 I don't know much about mechanics and I just need a basic stock replacement clutch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If the one in this link is compatible with my car, it's probably the best deal I've found. - https://www.rallysportdirect.com/part/single-disc-clutches/exe-fjk1000-exedy-oem-replacement-clutch-kit

Subsandwich
https://www.exedyusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/2017-OE-Catalog_booklet.pdf For some reason the catalog states the FJK1007 works on the 09 spec B, but the FJK1002 doesn't. But if you select the 09 model on their website both kits pop up. Given yours is an 08 either should work. 08SpecB_DE
FJK1007 if you're using the factory flywheel FJK1002 if you upgrade to the sti flywheel. Its 10mm larger.

It was bugging me that there were two different parts listed but no explanation to the difference other than the noted 10mm difference. I hate having unanswered loose ends...
