It is stage 1 with suspension mods. I am in MA and I am the 3rd owner. As side note I suspect Jenny's May 2011 build date is incorrect. Her LGT was an real early car but not that early. Per the service manual, the VIN numbers started 1002001 so her started off as the 14th Legacy down the line. With over 40,000 (US/CA) the daily production would be around ~200 per day. It says 1 owner so it's likely a good car just worried about rust with 95k mi in PA so it's definitely seen salt often if not every winter since new. One would hope it was properly maintained.
