MC_Legacy
I already got the specs for them, see attached I don't really understand what it's telling me.
FLlegacy
You will gain 15mm of ride height, the wheels will poke out about 2 inches more and your speedo reading will go down about 4.5%.
Sarang
I ran 225/50R18 on the stock Gt wheels, so I don't think you have to worry about the strut. I also put 25mm spacers on with that setup and did not have issues, but you would have another ~20mm more poke so I would think you'd have an issue. If you just want ride height, why not just get a taller tire? my 225/50R18 setup looked good.
dgoodhue
That is a really wide tire for a 2.5i. You going to see your fuel economy drop by more than 5mpg with a tire that wide. I lost 3-4 mpg going 30mm wider. You’re going 60mm wider. It kind of defeats one of the advantage of a 2.5i and you going to lose some acceleration as well. Humble Rumble
That wide of a wheel with that size of a tire is going to require coilovers and fender rolling (possibly pulling) in order to fit. I would not recommend going that big on stock suspension. 2012 Legacy 3.6R Build Thread 5th Gen Legacy BM/BR Body Kit Compendium Thread

11boostedgt
I ran a 18x9.5 with a 35 offset With 245-40-18 on my legacy gt for awhile. Wheels did poke out a little. It didn’t look bad at all. I think u may run into a issue with the tires. But the wheels won’t look too bad
MC_Legacy
Before and after Scraped the rear fenders, fender role did the trick. All is running smoothly. Thank you all for your input! FearlessLegacyGT
Dam looks good! I’m currently running a 18x9.75 +35 with a 245/45/18 I didn’t think our cars would fit a 275... that being said I guess I’ll get some new rubber here soon lol. MC_Legacy
Hood swap? Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkYes, I got into a slight accident and had to replace the front end. I bought the GT hood, hopefully one day an intercooler will fill in that space. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
