lingling1337
I just got word from maciek that we can get an additional 20% on top of the regular discount if we get 10 buyers. This means that it will cost $39 for a shift boot only, or $100 for both boots and an armrest cover. Prices are slightly higher for materials like Nappa leather, Alcantara, and Bride material, or options like two-tone leather and piping. I have a few buyers locally so that gives us a head start, who else is in? http://redlinegoods.com 1. Lingling1337 2. BarManBean 3. ZeeMalkMan 4. Chris GTO TT 5. Gex 6. Kassafrass 7. 05sleeper 8. Gex
I already have the shift boot, ebrake and consol cover. Almost two years now and they still look great. Might be time for the steering wheel. Not sure if I like covering the original leather though. Any one ever actually seen this cover in person to comment?

I know what you mean that it looks like it might be too thick. But there are a couple pics I saw where it's a thin fit over the original and actually look pretty good. I may pick one up since mines pretty worn. EDIT: check out the steering wheels page for pictures. The wrap is actually not much thick than stock unless you opt for padding. http://redlinegoods.com/SteeringWheelCover.php 1. Lingling1337 2. BarManBean 3. ZeeMalkMan 4. Chris GTO TT 5. ZeeMalkMan
I feel like i would mess up the stitching on the steering wheel covers. They look nice though.
Gex
Well if I can get it for around $100 I'll give it a shot and report back. I'm in.
stm25rs
Just as an FYI - I ordered one of Redline's sample material kits, and none of their colors closely match the taupe leather in these cars.

Just got the steering wheel cover, however I think I broke my wrist so it will be awhile before I can install it I think. My OBXT build
lingling1337
I feel like i would mess up the stitching on the steering wheel covers. They look nice though. They do have two approved installers, one on the east coast and one in Illinois. Any competent upholsterer can do the install as well Just as an fyi to anyone considering it. The more I look the more I think I'll go for a gray alcantara wheel cover w/ red stitch. I'll have to order samples though to be sure.

AFBeefcake
I did the wheel cover on my 2005 STi wheel. It came out good, but its not as nice as the DAMD wheel that my wife has in here LGT. Here is the wheel with the RedLineGoods cover before trimming the threads and putting the covers back on. http://imageshack.com/a/img10/8089/dsc04835bn.jpg and in the car http://imageshack.com/a/img837/9023/dsc04862b.jpg If we haven't just got the redline boots for my wife's LGT I would be in on the group buy. AFBeefcake
I feel like i would mess up the stitching on the steering wheel covers. They look nice though. You just have to take your time. I think I had to restart the stitching a couple times to get it. but its more about getting the cover to sit on the wheel just right and pulling up all the slack. 05sleeper
I'm in for shift boot, e brake boot for sure. Possibly the armrest cover too all black with red stitching
JayInVA
Could I join the group buy for just the e-brake boot? I don't need the whole package. If so, add me to the list.
Varano14
Ahhh alright count me in. I'm in for an e-brake, and armrest cover. I've been debating these for awhile, so this gives me an excuse to finally get them.
lingling1337
Everyone's been added If you want to order different leather/stitching combinations for your different pieces, please be sure to review the instructions here.: http://redlinegoods.com/multipleENG.php His web site is not configured very well so there's no easy way to do it. I added the items to my cart one at a time and took a screen shot of the cart. For example choose shift boot only, configure it, then take a screen shot of the page. Then go back and do the same for armrest cover.
Varano14
It would be awesome if we could get the discount today since then it will stack with the 20% off for the fourth of july
lingling1337
It would be awesome if we could get the discount today since then it will stack with the 20% off for the fourth of july The group buy is a special circumstance, I don't think he'd want to stack, and furthermore I already feel like he's being generous by offering a gb (which he usually doesn't). Lets all be happy we can get quality handmade leather for cheap!
Varano14
I thought when you said 20% on top of regular discount it ment it would stack with there usual specials, just mis understood regardless its a good deal

ZeeMalkMan
How hard is Alcantara to keep clean? Looks like everything would get stuck to it, and you can't just wipe it down like leather.
VASpecB
How hard is Alcantara to keep clean? Looks like everything would get stuck to it, and you can't just wipe it down like leather. It's hard to keep clean normally, both my IS300 and my SpecB have it and it is frustrating at times. I think the frustration is worth how good it looks lol. I clean mine the same way Lamborghini recommends on their site. Warm water and a cloth. Dab and very light circles. Let air dry and repeat. Oh yeah Count a Me In!
