I’m definitely not going local to Downtown Subaru in Oakland. My question for the board is where do you find the best service dept. around? Marin? Diablo? Yelp and google vary greatly in quality and quantity of reviews. And it’s a feature I’ll be interacting with for the life of the car, really don’t want to leave it to chance as many have reported shoddy replacement.
