Photos sideways?

My photos are taken in a normal view/orientation, but when I try to load them via the site, they come out sideways. I'm not sure what the deal is? I have tired a couple of times before and gotten a couple of photos to come out correctly. I have also had them come out side ways before too.

I have been trying to post a couple pics today and no matter what I try, they come out funked up and laying on the side. I tried either posting or previewing the post and no luck either way.

I'll just have to start using imgur or something if I can't figure it out.
