soares Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 Hey guys, My mothers car threw a CEL, P0453, along with flashing cruise and traction control light.. She said she was unable to put fuel in tank, kept on spewing out. I pulled out the OBDII and came out with P0453 Evaporative emission system pressure sensor/switch high.. I tried doing some google & forum searching but came up empty handed.. How can I troubleshoot this to determine whether its the fuel tank pressure sensor, vapor canister, or vapor canister purge/solenoid valve?? much appreciated, thanks in advance.
