Need help in Peoria Az. area

I found a new engine for my Subie, but live in a adult retirement community, NO working on vehicles allowed. Is there any one in the area the has an engine hoist and the time and place to help me switch them out? Am retired and limited income, but could come up with a little money for the help, plus a lot of gratitude. Got a great deal on aa freshly rebuilt motor, as mine is dieing from a rod knock.

when I offered the person I bought the engine from some money to help me swap the engines, he thankfully helped me do it, otherwise would still be without a car. So find it hard to believe that out of all the people that read my plea, that not even a recomendation of some one or some place to do the job was offered. But it is up and done.
