Shouldn't be too horrible cost-wise - MSRP on the bumper cover is $249.95, the missing foglight cover is $19.35, and the foglight itself is $56.98. Odds are some clips are broken, too, but those are pretty inexpensive. If you don't have a good regular body shop you want to use, I'd look around for a body shop which specializes in bumper repair (find a good pdr shop and see who they recommend) - they'll be good at matching paint, and probably a little less expensive than a full bodyshop. (we have one here where they have their own paint booth and everything, just not the full staff and large facility, hence less overhead)

they don't usually blend when they do bumpers, but they do when they do body panels.

So unless $ is really tight and you have a low deductible, I'd consider paying out of pocket for that one.
