Adio, Swifts spring are very compliant with good quality ride and I've used them on my GT for a couple of thousand miles, however the stock shocks wear out fast on Colorado roads. I am still waiting on Bilsteins but might go with KW V3.
I would not go with just lowered springs, I would replace shocks as well. Do it right the first time.
Not sure how fast the RCE springs wear off the stock shocks but they have the least drop.

Also ChasWG had Swifts on his 3.6R and he liked them but the nose drops a little lower on the 3.6R then the GT cause of more weight in the front of the 3.6R. These were designed with GT model in mind.
