Just start the car up like you do every day. That way the turbo get's instant oil pressure.

Good luck getting oil into the center section, may be try it from the drain end.

The bolts are 10mmx 1.25, I got mine from the dealer, may be it's just me but for this location I'd rather have OEM strenght and heat range bolts. I have no idea if that matters but I just feel safer when I remove them next time.

HINT, Anti-seize compound is your best friend.
