If you are talking about the Sirius/XM traffic, there is not a way to add that info. They have very limited markets that they offer the traffic info. My way around this is to use Waze on AndroidAuto.

The seats are completely new as of 2020 so I guess it would depend on how fitted the 2019 covers are that you are looking at. You'd probably be better off looking for covers specifically for 2020+...

You most certainly can! I have to switch mine partially on and off because a lot of my driving is on back country roads and the Blue Ridge Parkway which often doesn't have a line on the right.
