I put a new alternator fuse in. And this morning my light was still on.

I'm having a issues in cold weather. When i start my car it charging at low voltage 11.4 ish. After maybe 2-3min idling the battery light goes out and the voltage goes up to 13.9 . Alternator and the battery or brand new. Eny advice? Does the pcm control the voltage or it all done on the alternator side?

This summer i bought the koni sports kit with h&r spring and im not too happy with it too low and stiff what would be my options to raise the car just a little and bring back some comfort!! -
