  1. There should be room for everyone. I can make a quick spread sheet to keep track. I was told the lake bottom is fairly flat and max depth is maybe 10ft. Bottom is shale and rock so BRING WATER SHOES. We don't want feet that look like they went through a cheese grater.
  2. 850 idles fine. North of 1300cc is where you have work to do. I liked to keep it to about 90% max duty cycle. Have trust issues pushing past that regularly. With sidefeeds, 850cc is about as large as you can go. Some tuners will shy away as sidefeed are not as "predictable" as top feed. They don't always flow the same with the same signal. It's the nature of the beast. When all we had was sf no one complained. When tf became an option tuners wanted tf only.
  3. Dale (sbt) basically ran the forum. I hung out and drove with him. Still text now and then. I would trust his parts.
  4. Always go for headroom. Unless their sooo big it effects idle.
  5. My stock 08 SpecB 6mt clutch with less than 10k miles gave up the ghost with a 68Hta, 850cc and e-85 (21psi). Never on the Mustang, but I estimate 325-350whp. Trans intervals can take much more, but not the clutch.
  6. I have a Subaru Rally banner that hung in the shop for years and is now hanging in my garage. It might be the last piece of "memorabilia" left. I can't think of anything else "Subie" I have. I can trade the banner for ??? at the meet. Iirc it was a gift from a forum member (Dave?).
  7. Replace it. With the "plastic" manifolds I found even 24 hours in an industrial parts washer left debris embedded in the manifold. But its your call.
  8. I liked the SouthBend offerings. @Max Capacity liked the Spec cluch kits.
  9. You are covered. Linen service is included. Bedding and towels for 20. You can bring your own if you prefer.
  10. Yes. It can be done. That was the only good thing about Si drive. The ability to load 3 different custom maps and switch on the fly. We gave many customers low boost, high boost and kill mode via Si. You could use it to switch fuels too, but that is a bit sketchy as it is too easy to make a mistake.
  11. I did not "tell you" to burn the car, I offered it as an option umong others. I also said to give up on the Si drive and focus on a mechanically sound set up and good tune. I am not here to lead you to the promised land. But I am honest in my posts. Welcome to the forum.
  12. You swapped a jdm set up into a usdm car of a different model/family. If anyone actually knows the answer they would be idiots to share that knowledge for free. You jumped off a cliff, either enjoy the fall or poo your pants. I see a few choices. Figure it out yourself, pay someone else to figure it out, cut your losses and burn the car. In the end it might all be "doable", but my gut says the cost far exceeds the value of the car. Generally, if you don't have all the answers prior to beginning a project or the tools and know how you should not take the leap. I would give up on SI drive, its lame anyway (basically just a reduced throttle response from the factory). Focus on getting the car running and tuned properly.
  13. My brother in law is near Houston. Wife was there for Thanksgiving. If I had known then she could have picked them up for me. Ship those bad boys or send me your addy so I can have them mysteriously disappear from the garage.
  14. Right? Now go fix your melting harness issue so you can drive to ECM 24. Finger Lakes this year!
  15. Enjoy the Tarmacs! Shamless plug for parts I sold that are for sale again.
