Fender rolling should cover that on stock suspension. I'll be putting that on my car with H&R lowering springs (those exact specs actually) and it supposedly shouldn't rub with rolled fenders.

Do you want blanks or slotted/drilled? Powerstop rotors are a decent slotted and drilled option and fairly cheap. Many folks have good luck with centric blanks.

That's the noise I'm referring too. It could be the backing plate rubbing the rotor or pad hardware rubbing the rotor if you're confident it's not the pads.
