What is shipping like on an Emotion Fukuoka rear bumper for a 2005-2007 legacy gt wagon? i'm in CT.

I was looking at your site and came across the JDM Legacy Subaru Spec B Grille for $275. i was wondering if that grille will fit my 09 legacy, it's not a turbo. just the se edition.
