  1. C0105 is gone, only C0107 and C0140 remain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. So I finally got around to doing this. I swapped the two front hubs and cleaned everything I could with compressed air. The codes did not change a bit. I had the battery unhooked the entire time I was doing this. The hubs are not the issue, I'm leaning towards the ABS sensors being the issue but I didn't do anything to damage them and they worked fine before the hubs were replaced?
  3. No, by without an issue, I mean there was no issue the first time I used the hubs. There were no codes, no ABS light, etc. The old ones lasted almost 3 years absolutely problem free, the only reason we decided to change them is that they were getting very loud. There was no play in the wheels no ABS issues, nothing. I too agree that it could be the hubs. Perhaps I got a couple of bad ones? I only have the codes on one side of the car, so I assume I can just swap them around and see if the codes move, I will try the air compressor thing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Prime Choice, but I’ve used the same ones before on this car before without an issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Yes all four wheel bearings just replaced. I actually followed the steps to read all codes on the cluster, no scanner needed, I came up with C0107, C0105, and C0140. ABS light is on as well as CEL. I don’t know if cruise works or not but the light flashes. I replaced the rear wheel bearings 2 years ago with cheap eBay bearings and they worked excellent. In fact they still seemed to be in fine shape but very loud, so we decided to replace all 4 bearings, using the same brand as last time. I don’t believed I harmed the sensors in anyway but this all started as soon as the job was done. Also I used anti seize on the new bearings of that makes a difference? The codes I pulled up are for Front RH sensor, rear RH sensor, and CAN communication error. Any help would be great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’m working on a 2007 Legacy 2.5i. It has had a P0500 code for a while now, but I jest recently replaced all 4 whee bearings and now the ABS light is on and ER SS on the cluster. P0500 is for the vehicle speed sensor but is that referring to the transmission speed sensor or the wheel speed sensor for the ABS? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Just find instructions on how to program a key fob for a 3rd gen Legacy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I just found out recently that my mother in laws '07 has this issue as well. I maintain and clean the car but I had never see it do this. I did however notice that it held hair very easily. I mentioned this post and she said her car does that, like it was no big deal. Her boyfriend said he likes it because it holds his phone in place. Anyhow I'm hoping Maybe Subaru will still replace it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. What year is your legacy? The tag on my 2000 L model says 215/60/15. When I got it it had 195s on it but I too am running 215s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Hey errybody, just an update. I came up with a rough estimate of around 20 mpg. Now that is an extremely rough estimate but on my next fill up I will get a better estimate and post the results!
  11. Shortly after I got my Subaru I took it on a long drive, the next couple of weeks I was getting around 350 miles to a tank and it slowly declined to where it is now. My car loves long trips lol. I will say mine it auto where yours is standard and I believe that helps a lot. I once had a '91 Explorer auto. I was getting almost 200 miles to a tank in that thing but I eventually bought a '94 Explorer 5 speed and it was getting over 300 miles to a tank... what a difference. 12. I don't know the mpg but my car averages 250 to a tank roughly. I don't do much city driving but it's not highway either. My drive to work is roughly 10 miles and the first 8 is done at a constant 40 mph. I don't stop until I get to town and I only have 2 miles after that. I also have a bad O2 sensor. 13. I don't have an LGT or even a gen 4 but my gen 3 has 183,xxx. As far as I know the engine, trans, diff, etc are original. In the last 6 months, I've replaced all 4 struts, front brake pads, resonator, valve cover gaskets, tires, instrument cluster, radio, headlight housings, air intake, spark plugs, plug wires, exhaust manifold gaskets, donut gasket, gasket between manifold and catalytic converter, gasket between resonator and muffler, resonator spring bolts, turn signal stalk, shift plate, rear left caliper, and speakers. In the spring I'll be doing the head gaskets, timing belt, and pulleys/bearings. Will also replace various bushings, etc. Previous owner replaced the muffler with a walker quiet flow SS. Poor thing has had a rough life. Also forgot to mention inner and outer tie rod ends were just done.
