  1. Sold! Perfect owner got the car, it's in good hands. Thanks for all the positive comments, I loved the car through and through. Hold your cards if you have a clean one, they are going up!
  2. Just fyi all the pictures were all smaller than the required specs and files sizes. The work around, size the pictures MUCH smaller, 800px in my case and upload each file one at a time vs multiple uploads at once.
  3. Security token issue won't let me upload images...
  4. Thanks, much appreciated. Added some more interior shots yesterday.
  5. After going back and forth, I've decided to sell my unicorn: 2005 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon Limited with 5 speed manual. Details: Year, Make and Model: 2005 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon LTD Color: OBP (Black) Miles: 135,xxx Transmission: 5MT Title: Clear - no accidents Lien: No liens Location: Charlottesville VA VIN: 4S3BP676056321266 Price $10500 History / Why am I selling: I purchased this extremely well loved car from the second owner who picked it up in Florida with 10k. He poured a lot of love, money and time into getting the car exactly how he wanted it. Eventually he wasn't driving it enough to justify it at 109k and I picked it up. The car has been truly outstanding is the nicest car i've ever had the pleasure of owning, everything works and works well. I've been EXTREMELY gentle in my ownership and so was the previous owner. In fact the first thing I did was upon getting it was to detune the car to run a more conservative 91 octane map even though I am running 93 Shell. Always. This car has never been driven hard, redlined, etc. It was my daily and trip car before the pandemic and hasn't been driven as much as i'd like since. The ONLY reason i'm selling it is that I inherited a beautiful LS400 after my brother passed and that makes 4 cars...and I work from home. It simply isn't getting driven enough and I'd rather it go to a good home. The car starts immediately and the engine makes zero noise and doesn't burn any oil. The Fluidampr really makes the engine smooth too. Power is smooth and instant and highway passing is impressive in 5th from 50-70mph. The suspension is an outstanding compromise between being sporty and luxury. It's very comfortable and quiet yet it handles well. The stock exhaust and intake keep the care very stealthy and mature. This isn't a boy racer and I hope the next owner respects it as much as we clearly have. Below is a combination of the original owners AD and some of the work i've done as well. Good: - Maintained by a well respected Subaru dealer and then 3 well respected independent shops. When anything needs to be done, it has been done. - No outstanding issues - Synthetic oil every 4k miles (usually 3k) or 6 months - Nearly new Michelin tires - Garaged or covered parking always - Interior is in very good condition - Apple Car Play/Android Auto - Never been smoked in. - AndrewTech inspect the turbo for play in the spring and they said it was good Less Good: Car has some underbody rust but everything has been treated extensively. Passenger side rear fender has a small bumble in the trouble spot but has also been treated. Paint could use a professional detail, small dent/scratch in the roof from a limb. Remote start solenoid occasionally clicks in the dash and appears to have a small battery drain effect, I keep the car on a tender. Recent power steering pump may need to be bleed again, steering can be slightly uneven. 6. I got excited there for second when I saw the LS... thought someone had done the dream swap.
  7. Added a few more pics to the link and will be adding more when the weather clears up. Getting a professional detail here soon as well. https://photos.app.goo.gl/CdWxSDmYDH3iDWi56
  8. Here is a link to photos of mine, for sale here soon! https://photos.app.goo.gl/CdWxSDmYDH3iDWi56
  9. If you haven't considered one of these I would highly recommend it. I combined it with a set of JDM bilstein take offs and a decent set of Michelin's. I tried a few different holes but the softest setting on the bar made the car feel the most natural (with stock springs). Huge improvement overall, highly recommended.
  10. Recently had Subaru replace all the hard lines and install SS lines, brembo pads and bleed the system twice. I also installed Grimspeed MS brace and brembo pads. The brakes feel better, but still not great, soft pedal and just doesn't give you any real confidence. Any ideas on what the best way to improve this would be?
  11. JDM bar for the win! Just perfect for a daily.
  12. Upgraded from a good stock damper to the Fluidampr on my 2005 LGT Manual. Right off the bat you'll notice the engine starts and idles smoother, as you'd expect. One thing I didn't expect was that changing gear and transitioning from a stop would be significantly smoother. It feels almost like a heavier flywheel but without the downsides. Comparing to all the other cars i've owned over the years, the fluidampr makes the engine feel closer to that of an BMW inline six, not quite that good but a very noticeable improvement. I'll be adding one to every car that deserves one from now on out. Worth it!
  13. Here is my 2005 with BBS 18's. Perfect fit! https://photos.app.goo.gl/CdWxSDmYDH3iDWi56
  14. Here is my old Legacy, I still miss the simplicity of this car, just wish the engine was better. https://photos.app.goo.gl/wo9wjhLKakyc2G4C6
