  1. Thanks, so Friday night is a hangout then. Is it worth it to come to check out the cars tomorrow night, or for the car show Saturday? I can only go to one
  2. Does anyone know what's going on Friday exactly? Just want to know if it's a good idea to drive out for Friday only for a meet
  3. Just a few pictures after I went to the junkyard and grabbed a bunch of stuff off a 2000 Outback Limited and a 2002 Outback LL Bean for free Stuff added: Outback Dual Bulb Headlights (finally got around to splicing the connectors on) 6 Disc In Dash CD Changer Door Tweeter Speakers Leather Door panels Gauge cluster cover with chrome rings Keyless Entry Woodgrain interior panels Stuff I intend on getting: Black Leather Seats Leather Steering wheel (or woodgrain one if I can find one, someone already took the LL Bean one unfortunately) GT Rims Legacy GT/03-04 L Painted and heated mirrors, painted door molding, and painted handles Fog lights GT or facelift grille Heated mirrors automatic dimming rear view mirror Rear LSD (but would probably have to change the final drive) GT Rear Swaybar and Struts (believe these are different) Stuff I really want but probably won't get because rare or expensive: GTB or Blitzen front clip Trunk Spoiler GTB or Blitzen Rims Car going in for head gaskets, front left axle reassembly and power steering rack replacement. Just some maintenance that needs to be done every 120000 miles I guess. Maybe I'll have my friend swap a jdm ej207 in if I can find one with the manual transmission, harness, and the likes After adding in the CD changer and tweeters, the car's audio sounds really good, especially with the built-in equalizer. It definitely sounds better than the 15 forester shown in one of the pictures
  4. Nevermind, turns out you're not supposed to keep the door lock timer module in there with the keyless entry module. It blew the fuse and I replaced it with the spare 15 amp fuse and took the door lock timer out and everything works fine.
  5. Hello! I know next to nothing about wiring, but I've attempted to install a keyless entry module from an 00 outback into my 00 legacy l which is prewired for keyless entry. Before this, the power locks worked fine. After installing the keyless entry module, the keyless entry worked well for the first few times I tested it. However, after about the 4th time, the power locks started to have trouble locking. I tried the keyless entry 2 more times and then nothing worked. On both the passenger and driver doors, the switches do nothing, and the keyless entry remote also does nothing. I tried detaching the module and plugging the wire for the keyless entry back into the pass-through port but this did not work. I also tried reprogramming the remote but this also did not work. Any suggestions? Thanks.
